MkulePRO.com is operated by Future Health Biopharma LLC under the MkulePRO and MKULE® brands (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and powered by Shopify.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

2. Customer Eligibility and Responsibilities

Customers must be adults legally permitted to make purchases. Products intended for children must be purchased and administered by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to:

• Use an authorized payment method;
• Review product labels, ingredients, warnings, and directions;
• Pay the order total and applicable import charges;

4. Products and Pricing

We may correct errors, update products, limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales. The price accepted at checkout applies to the order. Taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, and similar charges may apply unless included at checkout.

5. Orders and Payment

We may verify orders, correct genuine errors, select fulfillment providers and carriers, request reasonable evidence for claims, and suspend accounts involving fraud or material violations.

7. Shipping

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly report errors. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage, and customs charges unless included at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases made directly through MkulePRO.com are covered by our Refund Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Customers must contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery and may be required to provide proof of purchase, photographs, the original bottle, label, packaging, and remaining product. Return eligibility, shipping costs, exchanges, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy.
