MKULE® dietary supplements purchased directly from MkulePRO.com may be opened and tried for up to 30 calendar days after delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact us within this period to request a refund or exchange. Individual experiences may vary, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Refund or Exchange Requests

Email support@mkulepro.com with your order number, reason for the request, and photos if the product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, unsealed, or incorrect.

Keep the original bottle, label, and any remaining capsules. We may request photos or require the remaining product to be returned. Please obtain return authorization before shipping your return.

Return Conditions and Shipping

Unopened products must be returned in their original packaging with the safety seal intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, unsealed, or incorrect. In those cases, MKULE will cover the applicable return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds cover the eligible product purchase price and are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days. Banks or payment providers may require an additional 7–15 business days to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. After tracking information has been issued, the standard return process applies.
